髂薦關節失能(SI joint Dysfunction)與彼拉提斯(Pilates)


       此關節疼痛問題大多是因為關節周圍組織(肌肉或韌帶等)不平衡所造成壓迫產生疼痛,使關節不穩定或者太過於僵硬。常見於婦女產前後造成此關節太過於鬆弛,而使關節處產生疼痛。

       復健運動建議,復健動作先以閉鎖鏈運動、非承重姿勢、低負荷運動為主,使周邊肌肉達到平衡為目標。

       彼拉提斯動作建議:
Matwork - Shoulder bridge prep
Reformer - Footwork、Second position
Stability Chair - Crossover press
